The unique configuration of lateral sliding mobile systems allow for greater space maximization and ease of movement. Either two or three rows deep of shelving - the rear being stationary, while the front row(s) are mobile. Both systems are modular and can be added onto whenever required (height or width). Because they are leveled onto the floor, no structural damage incurs and reconfiguration or relocation of the system is performed with ease. An added feature: the Bi-File can be converted to a Tri-File if the additional capacity is required.
Bi-File - two rows deep of shelving with a rear stationary row and a front mobile row moving side to side.
Tri-File - three rows deep of shelving with a rear stationary row and middle and front mobile rows moving from side to side.
* Bi-File & Tri-File are leveled ONTO the floor, they are not anchored into the floor.
Track Conversion - Additional track allowing two rows of shelving to be converted to three rows of shelving within the same module.

BASE CHANNEL ASSEMBLY to be 12 GA. steel.
TRACK CHANNEL ASSEMBLY to be 12 GA. steel.

SHELF - 18 gauge cold rolled steel sheet metal with 3/8" hem in front. Shelves take up only .125 inches each, which is the thickness of the hemmed steel.
SIDE AND BACK (WRAPPER) - 20 gauge one piece wrap-around with 3/4" flanges top and bottom and 9/16" double flange in front.
DIVIDERS - solid steel dividers are welded to the shelf and wrapper, forming a solid tier without the thick shelf edge needed by other systems.
DIVIDERLESS TIER - Shelf is 18 gauge cold rolled steel sheet metal with 3/8" hem in front. Reinforcing collar welded full width of tier (underneath). This reduces the inside clear height by 9/16". One magnetic divider is included with each tier.

1" TOP - 18 gauge cold rolled steel with four formed sides, 1" high with 3/4" return flanges.
1" BASE - 18 gauge cold rolled steel with four formed sides, 1" high with 3/4" return flanges.
2", 4", 6 3/4" BASES - 18 gauge cold rolled steel with four formed sides, and 3/4" bottom flanges. Welded assembly is gussetted at four bottom corners and fitted with leveling domes.
X-RAY bases are reinforced to give extra weight capacity.
D.
90 DEGREE & 180 DEGREE - 20 gauge cold rolled steel. 90 degree doors are hinged at the bottom to allow door to remain horizontal serving as a work or support shelf. 180 degree doors are hinged at bottom to allow 180 degree arc to give unobstucted view of tier contents on those tiers used above eye level.
LOCKS - Individual cam locks are optional for all doors. Keyed alike unless otherwise requested. If lock is desired, it must be ordered at same time as the door.
