Bi-File and Tri-File Systems
Spacefile’s Bi-Files and Tri-Files are popular systems, because of the amount of storage capacity in a small foot print, the high quality of the systems and the economical price points. Bi-Files and Tri-Files, previously known as Roll-Away II and Roll-Away III, are available with any of Spacefile’s ThinLine shelving. Bi-File systems have two rows of deep shelving with a rear stationary row and a front row that slides along a mechanical track. This allows you to double your storage capacity. Tri-File systems have three rows of deep shelving with a rear stationary row. The middle and front rows move laterally from side to side, giving you three times your original storage space.
No Aisle Access Required
Bi-Files and Tri-Files remove the need for an entrance or aisle access. The mobile system is on a mechanical track that allows you to laterally slide the front cabinet(s) aside to access the second or third row.
Self Leveling Floating Floor
The Bi-File and Tri-File systems sit on a self-leveling floating floor. Our floating floor can be assembled on any surface and no grouting is required, which means no structural damage is incurred. The tiers easily slide along the track and assemblies include leveling legs and anti-tip track. A corrected and level floor ensures safety for anyone accessing this system.

Modularity
The Bi-File and Tri-File systems come in 24”, 36” and 48” sections and can be expanded indefinitely.
ThinLine Shelving
It is possible to convert from 2 shelves deep to 3 shelves deep at any time. Furthermore, Spacefile’s stackable tier construction and compressed shelf density allows room for 7 shelves in the same vertical space that most of our competitors need for 6 shelves. The Thinline shelves can accommodate Letter, Legal, Binder, X-Ray, DVD, Banker Boxes or custom sizes and Bi-File and Tri-File systems are easy to expand or shrink. You can build up, add on, or decrease the system and are not limited to one size when you commit to a Bi-File or Tri-File.
